Ollie [ADOPTED JUNE 2] is a four year old, buff male Cocker who is neutered, heartworm tested and up to date on his shots. He came to us from a shelter in the Wisconsin Dells. He has a very sweet temperament and has an obvious show background judging from the quality of his structure and movement. He came to us emaciated, with double ear infections and with bad skin so the shelter staff had to shave him to the skin, but as you can see, his coat is coming in nicely now and he no longer looks like a skeleton. He is improving every day. Ollie seems to be apprehensive around children, but loves adults. He has also shown that while he can play nicely with other dogs, he wants the dominant role so would do best with an non alpha dog, if any, in the home. Ollie is housetrained and crate trained. I love Ollie!!
Update: Just wanted to update you on Ollie. He is great!!! He knows now that he is home and he is starting to pick up some of his brother Oreo's habits. We could not have asked for a more loving addition to our family. He is such a good boy. He is well mannered, follows directions and commands well. We LOVE him and want to thank you for the wonderful work you do saving these precious animals. God Bless you and all of the wonderful people that work with you to match these loving animals with families who are willing to love them back.
