Stanley [ADOPTED JULY 27] is a five year old, sable, male Cocker cross who was recently neutered. He is heartworm negative and current on his shots. He came to us from a Wisconsin shelter where he had been picked up as a stray. He has a nice temperament and we are evaluating him for housetraining trustworthiness. He is good with friendly dogs. More info soon.

Update from Stanley's Foster Mom: "Stanley is so sweet! He is currently asleep by my feet. He gets along with other dogs and adores children. He has a big bushy tail that he carries over his back and he almost looks like a little bear. He's adorable. He walks well on a lead, is housebroken and crate trained, and is quite comical. He likes to hide rawhide all over the house. Stanley will not beg for food. His only bad quality is that he doesn't do well with cats. He is a wonderful pet and will be a great addition to someone's family."
