Ferris [ADOPTED MAY 16] is a 5 year old, field coated male who came to a shelter as a stray. He is crate trained and absolutely adores people. If you get too close he will lick you to death. He does tend to be a little shy at first but he has so much love to give he gets over it quickly. He was recently neutered. More as we get to know him.
Update from Ferris' Foster Family: Ferris is a very affectionate, active, playful boy who loves to play and run in our fenced in yard. He has already learned how to fetch a ball in the short time he's been here. He loves to play and chew on toys just like a puppy. He doesn't act 5 years old, more like 1-2 years old. He gets along great with our two Cockers and is progressing with his housetraining. We think he'd be great in a home with another dog as he's such a social, playful guy.
