Billy [ADOPTED OCTOBER 15] came to us from an organization in Indiana that rescues cats. They took Billie out of very bad environment. He was abandoned by his drug dealer owner who allowed his children to torture the dog. Billy is 3 years old. He is a very handsome dog who obviously has some good breeding. He would not be good in a home with an extremely dominant dog and needless to say no children under 14. He was recently neutered . Billy is crate trained and we will be evaluating his housetraining.

Update: Billy is doing great in foster care. He has been just a joy to foster. Despite his past, he is a very happy, sweet little guy who loves attention. He is a bit of a velcro dog, never being very far from me. He loves to go for walks as well as car rides. He LOVES stuffed animals. He will busy himself for hours carrying, hiding, and relocating toys. Billy is doing quite well with his housetraining and listens well. He is a beautiful dog who certainly deserves a better life. What a doll!!
