Lady [ADOPTED JULY 30] is a 6 year old chocolate female who was surrendered to an Illinois shelter. She was terrified in the shelter and it was felt that she needed to go to rescue if she was to find a home. Lady is no dummy. She brightened up as soon as she walked out of the shelter door. She enjoyed her car ride back to Wisconsin but wouldn't take a french fry after we stopped at the Mc Donald's drive up. She had the right idea because she is a little chubby. She lived with a large family of all ages and is good with both cats and dogs. She is housetrained and is learning about a crate but would really rather not sleep in one. She is a happy little girl who really can't understand why she is in this predicament.
