Nicholas [ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21] is a parti colored, red and white, field coated Cocker who is 2-3 years old and still very puppylike and playful. He is an alfa dog though and wants to be in charge. He is looking for a home where he can be top dog as well as a home without cats. He sees cats as play things. (Something the foster home's cats did not enjoy!!!) He is up to date on his shots, heartworm tested, microchipped and neutered. He will need a fenced in yard and a home with an active lifestyle. He is a smaller Cocker, but packed full of energy. He became very stressed when first crated in foster care and would drool. He has since gotten over this. He is looking for a home where his high activity rate can be put to good use. He came to us as a stray off the streets of Chicago and is still underweight, but we are working on that. He is another food motivated dog who will do well with obedience and possibly even agility work. He loves people and would love a home with at least one athletic person he could pal around with.
