Sandy [ADOPTED MARCH 25] is approximately one year old. He was turned into an animal control facility. He was found running the streets by men who were working in the area. Since Sandy was microchipped, his owner was contacted but she failed to pick him up. This was probably a case of buying a puppy on impulse and when he entered adolescence she no longer wanted him. He is a wonderful sweet puppy who deserves better. Sandy is field coated so will not require much grooming. He is crate trained and working on his housetraining.
