Bombo [ADOPTED MARCH 3] is an adorable, 18 month old, buff male with white markings. This boy has an outstanding temperament and was very good for grooming. He came to us from another breed rescue group. Bombo is a very smart and eager to please Cocker who is working hard at perfecting his housetraining. He’s a very happy and loving guy. He can be vocal with initial meetings with some dogs, but very quickly adapts and gets along with all. Prior to rescue he lived with a number of other dogs, both larger and smaller breeds and gets along wonderfully with all of his Cocker foster siblings. He is not cat tested. He’s not being crated in his foster home because he’s such a good boy.

Bombo is looking for a family who will continue helping him perfect his housetraining and take him to some type of basic obedience class. He will do very well in class. Bombo would be a wonderful addition to any family. This boy will not last long!

Update from Bombo's Foster Mom: Bombo has exhibited a prey drive so at this time, I'm recommending that he not be placed in a forever home with pets smaller than he is. He has a new foster sibling and is getting along very well with the new Cocker as well. Watching him play in the snow and with his foster siblings is such a hoot! Bombo is housetrained now and has learned “sit”, “down”, “off” and “comes” when called. He is such a good boy and travels very nicely.
