SynDee [ADOPTED MARCH 17] is a seven year old female who ended up in rescue through a series of misfortunes. Syndee's owner died and she was left to the children. They kept Syndee for about a year and took very good care of her during that period. They then had a run of bad luck and they became homeless. They had no choice but to take Syndee to the local animal control. SCR was contacted and we picked Syndee up the same day. It did not take long to discover that Syndee was deaf. In addition we noticed that she was limping. We took x-rays and learned that our little girl had a torn ACL. We had surgery done to repair the ACL and she is as good as new. She is a gentle dog who is housetrained and crate trained.

This is SynDee awake from her nap.
