Booker 101

Booker [Adopted 1/1/2011] is a 3-4 year old male who came to us after he was arrested.  After making several attempts to steal food at area restaurants , the police were called and Booker was on his way to the station.    After 7 days of incarceration Booker got his freedom and was sent to rescue.   It is hard to believe that no one claimed this dog.  We were so sure that this was someone’s beloved pet that we actually called all the area shelters and asked them to check their lost dog reports.  If only he had been microchipped.  Needless to say he is now microchipped and neutered and is looking for someone who wants a really nice dog.   He likes to play ball and is wonderful with the other dogs in his foster home.  Booker is crate trained and housetrained and if he has one bad habit it’s that he will not stand still to have his picture taken.  Booker is a bigger cocker weighing about 30 pounds.
