Sydney [Adopted 10/6/2013] is a 7-year old small chocolate female who thinks she is much younger. She is a bundle of energy. Sydney came into rescue as a breeder release.
Sydney is crate trained and is learning her house manners very well. She isn't the one who goes to the door to let us know she has to go out, but she has adapted to the other dogs schedules.
She gets along very well with the male dogs in her foster home and with the female foster we had. Sydney would do well as an only dog or with other dogs in a household. She loves people and loves to be near us and is friendly to everyone who comes to visit. She loves to be petted and have her neck scratched.
Sydney is presently sleeping in a crate. She does play with toys and knows when it is time for treats. She does need work on walking on a leash. She is easily distracted by new noises. Sydney will make a great companion for someone. She has not been exposed to children or to cats in her foster home.
