Snoopy [Adopted October 2017]is a black and white boy estimated to be about 5 yrs. old. He was found in an abandoned building with no food or water. The door had to be broken down to rescue this pup. When our volunteer went to the shelter to pick up a “cocker spaniel”, she was greeted by Snoopy. This little fellow wasn’t quite what she expected, but how could she turn him down!
He’s a very loving fellow who very much wants to be with his person. He loves “snooping” in his back yard, walks well on a leash, gets along with other dogs and is crate trained. He willingly spends a lot of time in his crate which apparently makes him feel safe and secure. Snoopy is quite the athlete and would do very well in obedience and/or agility. He listens well and wants to please.
It’s obvious Snoopy has had a difficult past. He is very much looking forward to becoming part of a loving, caring family where he can feel safe and secure and give you lots of kisses!
