Lucy [ADOPTED MARCH 1] is a 4-year-old (DOB 1-1-04) black and white Cocker who came to us from a shelter in Northern Wisconsin. She came into the shelter from a breeder. Lucy is crate trained and working on housetraining. Since she has spent her life in a breeding facility, she does need an owner who will be patient as this is a totally different lifestyle and every thing is new to her. She did have cherry eye surgery on both of her eyes after she came into rescue. She has recently been moved to a foster home where she will receive more one on one attention.

Here's an additional note from Lucy's new Foster Mom: I must say that Iím amazed at how loving Lucy is considering her background. Loves to be a lap dog and is very good with her foster brother and 2 sisters.

Additional Update: Since she's been at her foster home, it's been determined that Lucy does have impaired vision. She does get around pretty well but sometimes will bump into something. She has no problem playing with her cherished ball.
