From the moment we first met her, she was the happiest little thing, with a tail that never stopped wagging.  Nothing bothered this little girl, she was literally always happy, and loved everyone.  Bob and I always laughed because she never gave me kisses, (don’t know why) but he always got them.  In her younger days she always had a ball in her mouth, and she loved when I threw it but she would never bring it back!     She would follow me everywhere, and I’m going to miss her little black face peeking around the corner to see where I am.   We loved Cindy with all our hearts and we are very blessed to have had 6 years with her. Even though she is now with her buddy Taz, we are going to miss her dearly and we will never forget her.

Cindy [ADOPTED MARCH 30] is a 4-5 year old female who came to us from a southern Illinois shelter. When she was found as a stray, she was wearing a shock collar which had burned a hole in her neck. She is a happy little girl with a tail that never stops wagging. She loves to play with other dogs but does not want to share the ball with them. She is smart enough to know when to give up the ball if another dog challenges her. She must realize that she is small. She weighs about 23 pounds and is overweight at that. She is very willing to share her ball with the rest of her family as long as they realize that it is their job to throw the ball. Cindy thinks cats are ok, but wished they knew how to play ball. She is both housetrained and crate trained.
