Passed over teh Rainbow Bridge January 2016

We had to let our dear 16 year old "Sweetie" go over the "Rainbow" Bridge" in January of 2016.  We are saddened by her passing, but were so happy we could spend so many good years with her.  She gave us much happiness and lots of fun.  We were glad we could rescue her from an awful puppy mill situation and it only took a year for her to finally warm up to my husband.  She warmed up immediately to me.  We were so grateful to her foster mom, Patti Oelrich. She did a wonderful job with her.  We had 3 other cockers with her - one puppy and two other retired show dogs and she did wonderfully with all of them.  We had to have her put down when she suffered a stroke.  RIP dear Jessie.  We shall all be reunited one day!  Joy and love, Tim and Mary Blake

Sweetie [ADOPTED NOVEMBER 4] is a smaller 4-5 year old black and white female. She came from a commercial breeding facility and is crate trained. Also working hard on her house training. Sweetie likes to carry a squeaky toy in her mouth and is working on sharing with her foster sibblings. This is probably the first time in her life she has ever had toys to play with and she's discovering how much she really likes them. Sweetie is doing well walking on a leash.
